Because you are your sites webmaster. However, the error you’re getting looks like a Cpannel error. And Infinity Free sites dont use cPanel. Unless you’ve upgraded to premium? In which case you should be manageing the site through IFastNet’s services not Infinity Free.

I’ve checked several other iblogger.org sub domains (by searching the forum here) and all of them seem to be working, so Id guess that whatever you’ve installed on your site has gone wrong
I haven’t touched any settings, there’s literally just 3 working MP4 files and an index.html file with raw text in it

if it was less than 72 hours, then you might need to wait for DNS propergation. Thats the only other thing I can think of that might cause this error
Just now, but it’s weird that other subdomains work before that and have the same content as https://iblogger.org

Like dan I also get a cPanel error page when I visit your site, and InfinityFree doesn’t use cPanel. Did you migrate your hosting account to premium? If you did, you’ll want to contact iFastNet for support.
DNS propergation is usually quicker than 72 hours. For me in the uk, its usually less than an hour.
but end of the day, it can take time. you’re waiting for all the DNS providers to talk to each other. hopefully it wont take long

You didn’t just create a folder called “web.iblogger.org” in the file manager without doing anything else did you?

I may have found the problem. Web. is a reserved sub domain on some name servers, like www. cpanel. ftp. and similar.
So even though the dashboard\control pannel may have let you add it, its probably pointing to something at the domain owners own platform (I think iblogger.org is an IFastNet subdomain but don’t quote me)

I don’t know if this is true… Because I’ve tried a bunch of web. free subdomains and they all work properly…
