Upto i Understand You are going to Create a Blog that Has a Download for your social network Project But download link hosted from Other site not hosted on Infinity free. Am i right? If yes Its allowed

Yeah, But maybe use Google Drive like @anon12237952 said. Or use a free file hosting site, but hosting your website, No problem!
