I setup CNAME record automatically after 1-2 hours but I still cannot request SSL certificate

Should I wait 1 more hour and if it is not working then what should I do?

It can take up to 72 hours.
If after more 24 hours and CNAME record is still not updated, let us know.
Only Admin had access to your hosting account

Usually these changes should take only a few hours at most, less than three. The DNS check in the client area uses a special resolver that should have a very short cache, but DNS is finicky and it doesn’t always work as you’d expect.
