Hello InfinityFree Support,

I hope you are doing well.

I am the owner of the website , but I have lost access to my InfinityFree account and cannot remember the email address used to create it.

I completely understand your privacy and security policies, so I am not asking you to disclose the full email address. If possible, could you please provide a partial email hint (for example, a***@gmail.com**) to help me identify the correct account?

If providing an email hint is not possible, I would appreciate it if you could either:

  • Help me recover access to the hosting account after verifying my ownership, or
  • Suspend or remove the hosting for ashis.kesug.com if recovery is not possible, as I am the rightful owner and no longer have access to manage it.

I am willing to provide any information or proof of ownership that you require for verification.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,

Ashis

obviously only admin can potentially provide a hint to the email. But if you think you still have access to the emial, you can request a password reset using the domain, and see which email the reset email comes to

I recently made some changes to the password reset form.

It was already possible to request a password reset based on a domain name or hosting account username, so a password reset link would be sent to sent to the email address on file.

This was recently updated, so it will now show a masked version of the email address where the message was sent to. Which is exactly what you’re asking for.

So just enter the domain name in the password reset form and you’ll see exactly what you want: Reset your password - InfinityFree

Oooo that’s a nice QOL update
