Not suspended

but if you’ve only just created the site, you might need to wait up to 72 hours for DNS propagation for it to work properly

Please note the banner in the client area that says that it can take up to 72 hours for new domains to work everywhere.

If you see that banner, it means the account or domain were added less than 72 hours ago. Which means that’s probably the reason why it doesn’t work.
