help i did something stupid

I have deleted the files in the Monsta ftp

not my web page but the files that are in the folder htdocs and those loose files

.htaccess
.override
do not upload files here

can i get those files back?

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately if you did not have any backups then there is no way to restore those files.

Don’t worry too much about those files. The .htaccess file doesn’t contain anything critical, the .override file doesn’t do anything as far as I know and the do not upload files here file is just there to tell you not to upload files there.
