I forgot my account password and when I enter my email address to reset my password, I don’t receive an email because I didn’t complete the MX Settings of my email address

To login to your account, you must know the password. If you don’t know the password, you can reset it via email. But if you are also unable to receive email, then it’s basically impossible for us to verify that you are actually the account owner. You are required to make sure that the email address we have on file for you is accurate, and able to receive messages.
If I understand is correctly, your email address is using your own domain name? And now that domain name cannot receive email? If so, you’ll need to fix that to be able to receive the reset link.
If the domain name is using our nameservers, you could consider to (temporarily) move it to different nameservers (like the ones from your domain registrar, for example), so you can configure MX records to receive email.
