i experiencing this problem when try to adding/change more themes.
it seems the server cannot connect to the internet to get theme list that i can download.
it’s just show me a loading icon without anything happen after.
the thing is, the problem is only for themes not with plugins. i can get download plugins normally.
any news about this?

it seems like the “/wp-admin/theme-install.php?browse=” and “wp-admin/site-editor.php” (i’m using elementor page builder) is blocked to have internet access so it’s not working properly.
can someone help me. 
For me browsing themes and using the website editor works fine on my blog, so I think Elementor is causing some files to crash (yeah, it’s one of the heavy plugins) or your WordPress install is corrupted since Internet still works on WordPress websites. Either disable some heavy plugins and see if the pages you’re trying to use to install things won’t crash or try this:
