I don't see cname in my cpanel

I have registered a random domain in my Infinity free account I am going to put an ssl free and suddenly I go to the cpanel and I do not see the CNAME option to modify / add the ssl because it can be this? I need some update of my account or something like that, thanks

The CNAME records section is hidden because it doesn’t work well, but you can try the solution here:
