i don’t see index.html. so it is deleted. you should wait for while or refresh your file manager when that happened again till it fixes

I can still access that page by going on index.php, so it’s still present. Remove also that file.

If you don’t want users to be redirected to a 404 error page, please change the URL of where the logo is pointing on index.php from index.html to index.php, not deleting that file.
