I change the code in file manager. But the page is not update

why when i change the code in my file manager, the page is not updated. like it having an issues.

when i delete the whole code and refresh the page, it still show content of that page.

i did try to clear a cache & delete browsing date. The issues still same

I’m sorry, but can you please be more specific about the issue? It would be helpful to have more details, such as:

  • What type of content are you changing (HTML/PHP/CSS/JS)?
  • What is the URL of the page that is not being updated?
  • What is the change you made to the files, and how should this be visible on the affected page?
  • What do you actually see on the affected page (showing the change has not taken effect)?

There are a lot of reasons why it would seem that “changes are not taking effect”. And we need more information to narrow down the issue.

Access to the file manager was unsuccessful for your account.

This is usually caused by FTP access not being enabled for your account, or because your FTP password is out of sync between the client area and control panel.

Are you able to access the control panel?
Please try to login to the hosting control panel using the button below.

Do you see a connection error? Access to the control panel is required to enable FTP access. Please try to fix the connection issue, or use a VPN to bypass any block on your end.
Do you get an authentication error? Then the password stored in the client area may be incorrect. Please try to reset it through the account settings.

this message display yesterday when i try to open my file manager. i did update my password and it is still same. i have tried to open file manager from control panel but the issues still remain

I’m sorry for the delay, I didn’t have time to test it before.

I just tested it but I did not encounter any issues with updating files. Do you still experience this issue?
