I can’ upload anything via FTP or File manager when i upload things not showing on my files

My zip file is prestashop theme and 15 mb how i can install it i read the article but not was useful for me

how have you read them that they weren’t useful for you?
first topic clearly says you cannot upload files larger than 10MB or they’ll be deleted.
second topic says that youve to extract your zip file in your device then upload them in small chunks.

But my theme format must be .zip for installing to my Store But zip file 15MB
