when i will upload zip file after i try to unzip but no any response of file manager

What about unzip it first using your local computer and upload the files from the zip files one by one?

The file manager breaks when trying to create or extract larger archives. There is no way to fix this, all you can do is extract the files on your own computer and upload the extracted folder.
