Did you: Open the Control Panel (not the Client Area) before using FTP? Enter the correct FTP credentials? Directly use the IP address 185.27.134.11 in the FTP hostname? Sometimes, ISPs block the FTP domain hostnames. If you are using FileZilla , can you share the logs?
