The advice shared above is to clear your website’s htdocs folder, and retry the installation from Softaculous. If it is stuck on 95% once more, you may wish to attempt a manual installation.

If you absolutely insist on using Softaculous, since there seems to be a problem with your account configuration, you can try deleting your domain from your current account, and registering a new hosting account for it.
Did you try clearing your htdocs folder before trying to install again as I had suggested? If so, and the problem persists, your only solutions are to try a new account, or perform the installation manually as linked by @KangJL above.
