hello i cant connect to my ftp server but when i open my vpn i can connect to it can somebody help me ?

no error it just says connecting and timeouted untill today it’s fixed idk what caused that

Hello! Can you please tell me the URL of your website?
I believe the website URL won’t be of help. At least during connecting to FTP. @CyberShoot you should try to connect another time or try with another FTP client.

One thing that usually helps a lot to figure out how exactly the FTP connection breaks is through the FileZilla logs. This is how you can extract them:
