I am using vistapanel. and it says this
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /panel/indexpl.php on this server.
This is a known issue with the control panel. It has extremely strict security filters that block “bad input”, even when that input is a perfectly valid input for the forum.
The solution is simple: don’t use the control panel. Definitely not for error pages, and ideally not at all unless the members area implementation is giving you trouble.
The members area error pages functionality doesn’t have this issue, and is more versatile than the control panel version.
