I have tried YouTube, Vimeo, Upload.ee, Dropbox, etc. Why can’t I upload videos as video advertisements?

Yes, hi. I am hosting this grand theft auto website that is a replica of YouTube for a certain GTA universe. I am attempting to add advertisements to the videos that users are posting, however, I keep getting the “invalid url link.” I have tried numerous video hosting websites. What should I try? Am I entering their link incorrectly? How do I successfully have advertisements added to videos?
I don’t think it’s possible, YouTube embeds cannot display external ads since YouTube already monetizes videos with its own ads. so most of the video hosting services has restricted this feature.

There are plenty of options available. Vimeo OTT is one of the services, but you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan to use their features. another good option is to self-host your videos and play them using a customized video player. however self-hosting can be quite expensive, and free hosting services typically don’t support video hosting due to the high storage requirements.
so you’ll either need to purchase a premium hosting plan or use a scalable service like Amazon S3 combined with a CDN

According to the information you’ve provided, yes it will work but i highly suggest doing some more research about video hosting because hosting videos can be very expensive. and for the ads, you can use Google AdSense or edit your videos and add the ads manually.
