Thank you for your comment.
I did clear cache but still same issue.
I did clear Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc. but I can’t access. Even my phone too.
And what yellow banner are you referring?

What nameservers is your domain using? It looks like you have SOA records setup, thats completely wrong.

Name server is ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com.
What is SOA record?
I’m sorry, I’m new to this.
Please tell me how to fix.
Thank you.

Can you send a screenshot from your domain registrar showing the nameservers?
Thanks

Sure.

Looks right….

Does using a VPN or incognito tab work?

It’s working with VPN but not incognito.
Interesting…

I turn off home Wi-fi and use only phone wireless and it worked.
Do you think my home DSL Internet causing a problem?
If so, do you know how to fix?

Your ISP could be caching it. Try this:

I tried everything but still same problem.
I did flush DNS, clear cache on every browsers.
I can only access using VPN or my cell phone network.
It’s a mind boggling.
I don’t understand why I can’t access domain using home DSL network.
Thank you for your support.
I really appreciated.

I don’t know if this is gonna work because this might be crazy but can you go to Task Manager and kill every Chrome/Google process then reopen Google Chrome again then clear your cache.

If it doesn’t work then you might wanna check out your website in 10-20 hours.

That’s not going to work because that wont clear the cache. Besides, its already been determined that the browser cache is not the issue.

I changed DNS to Google and it work.
I still don’t understand why “Obtain DNS server address automatically” not work.
Thank you for your support.

It’s working exactly as it is supposed to.

Most likely, the automatic DNS server address points to the DNS servers provided by your ISP. Those DNS servers may have cached DNS bad records of your domain. Since you don’t own those servers, you can’t clear that cache yourself.

Google’s DNS servers typically cache records for much less time than your ISP’s servers do, which is why it does work with Google DNS, and with a VPN (which should be using the DNS provided by the VPN provider, not your ISP’s DNS), but not with your standard home connection.

The multi level cache in both your computer and at your ISP can be messy, and some providers are just plain stupid with how long they cache DNS results. But this is just how DNS works.
