Did it tell you that the user and password are not correct or you have a problem accessing one of these pages at all

my username and password are corecct but i cant acces to wp admin i dont now why i tired to instal the [SSL Insecure Content Fixer] but i field
can you guid me on how to fix it
i also creat a new user but i got the same i cant login to the dashbord
Just read all the articles from my original post especially this one,
and there it is explained to you how to do something via FTP if you do not have access to the admin dashboard

i tried all but still cant get access so i’ll start over by deleting the wp and reinstal it and hope it will fix it

You did it all too quickly (not even 1 hour passed during our conversation)
maybe it was easiest to change the name of WordPress plugins folder
(wp-content/plugins<- this into e.g. Xplugins)
so WP can’t find it and that way you have suddenly disabled any plugin from loading (if the problem is in one of the plugins)
so maybe WP will work to the extent that you can access the admin dashboard.
You definitely need a lot more time to understand and try all the options available to you.
But if you have regular backups
maybe it’s easier for you that way
