Hello, I have a problem when I want to enter the Control Panel.
When I want to log in, it informs me that the data is incorrect and if I want to choose the option “I lost my password” when I ask for the reset email to be sent to me, it does not arrive
Are you referring to the cPanel (cpanel.epizy.com) or the Client Area (app.infinityfree.net)?
Resetting your password through cPanel will cause problems, don’t do it there.
If you are trying to reset your password through the Client Area, you may have to wait for the email because there is a limit on how many may be sent, so it would be pushed until the next day. Also, you may want to check your spam folder.
