I Can't Access My Site

Over 24 hours of outage does not instill confidence in the service, or encourage upgrading the account.

Itā€˜s free. Do you except everything to work perfect for something you donā€™t have to pay for?

iFastNet uses different servers for paid accounts, and probably solves their issues faster. There are always other paid hosts if you donā€™t like iFastNet.

Really?

ā€œIf yo donā€™t like it, leaveā€ is the best defense for a complete outage?

Do I expect it to work perfectly? No - but i do expect it to actually work. And yeah, business will go elsewhere, along with anyone else I know. Big industry, small world.

I split the topic and moved it to informal. That topic was about the site of @Teknorans37 , not your opinion of our service.

And I agree with you @JTarbuskovich. This outage is inexcusable. We were upgrading our systems and unexpected issues happened. This is our fault and you are suffering from it. Please believe that we are doing our best to prevent such issues and fix them as soon as possible if they do occur.

But please then also realize that saying things like that will not get your website back faster. Both people and servers can only do so much at once so some operations just take time. Processors, SSDs and network connections all donā€™t get faster just because you want them to be.

Hey - no worries - thank you for the response and full update. It is appreciated.

If you can check, the site Iā€™m concerned with is nevtec.42web.io

Unfortunately, your site is still down. Hopefully it will be back up shortly.
