Other Information

I cannot login to my FTP server. Password and username are absolutely correct. What is the problem? Where do I get a help desk ticket?

Maybe try again? If that doesn’t work, reset the password through the client area: edit account → hosting account password

A tip: you can try logging into the file manager.

If logging in to the file manager DOES work, it means FTP access is enabled for your account, and the only explanation I can think of is that your password isn’t correct. Please note that your need to use the password of your hosting account, this is not the same as the password you use to login on app.infinityfree.net.

If logging in to the file manager DOES NOT work, it means that FTP access isn’t active for your account. If so, try logging into the control panel first, and then try opening the file manager again. If either of those things don’t work, please reset your hosting account password through the Edit Account screen, then login to the control panel again. After that you should be able to connect with FileZilla as well.

You don’t. It’s a free service. One on one support is only for premium hosting customers.

Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I’ll try what you have suggested.
