I cannot access my files or the website

I cannot access any of my files in file manager. I have used 2 separate ISP. I just get a grey spinner. Then after a long wait maybe 5 minutes it asks for login password. I put this in and still no access.

I get an authentication error. I have tried going through the control panel too.

To begin with I could not access my site. This now appears to be working
