I can’t think of any system on the hosting platform that could cause this behavior. To my knowledge, we don’t do server side caching of code. We do enforce quite strong browser caching on all free hosting websites, but if you disable/clear the cache in your browser, that should force your browser to fetch the new file from the server.
Seeing how you’re only having this problem from your PC, did you maybe install any special software on there that caches websites? Like a different browser or extension, or maybe system or network software which promises to speed up your internet?

You were right, the problem is on my side The problem turned out to be rather stupid, the fact is that I use Open Server on my computer, and on it there is a site with the same domain as on your hosting. So it turns out that I opened the site not from your hosting, but from my Open Server
