I can`t raise a support request ticket to iFastnet,I paid for plan from ifast net server

I paid for a plan for upgrading my host on 4th,and iFastnet asked me to raise a support request ticket If you are paying for the renewal of a hosting package that contains a free domain and want this domain renewed please make a support ticket here to request the renewal of the registration on your domain.
However,when I try to make a support ticket,the website always shows:Please check the the captcha form. but I cant see anything about the captcha form,and I use different browsers,still useless.
Anybody could Help me?Thank you so much

I can see and check the reCAPTCHA form correctly.

Make sure reCAPTCHA isn’t blocked on your end, use a VPN if necessary.
