Hi, help me please. I can not connect to my site with FTP client FileZilla and SmartFTP. For connected I use FTP Details from client area. I sure that FTP Username, FTP Password and FTP Hostname indicated correctly.
SmartFTP returns an error: 0х8007274с
FileZilla returns an error: “Unable to connect to server”
It seems strange to me that:
in client area FTP Hostname - ftpupload.net
on the page Account settings FTP host name - ftp.epizy.com
I tried both variants and both variants don`t connect

What I’m seeing is:

I’m using this software:

Additional information:

Can you please post the full message logs of FileZilla, and not just the final conclusion? “Unable to connect to server” doesn’t really say why FileZilla can’t connect, and I can’t find any results for the SmartFTP error code either.

In your main account page (not Cpanel) on the Right you will see “FTP Details”… THAT is the info you need to use to login to FTP.

I was confused myself at first as well which username/pw/ftp etc. I was supposed to use to login to FTP.

Judging by those logs, it seems that you’re having trouble establishing an FTP connection at all (before attempting any login). The IP address looks correct, but we’ve had seen issues before with network administrators or ISPs who block access to our network or to FTP servers in general.

Do you experience problems connecting to other FTP servers as well? And could you try to connect from another device and/or network and see if that changes anything?

I tried connected from my smartphone, everything works! What to do with PC?

Throw it out of the window and get a new one?

Joking aside, all we’ve determined so far is that there is something in your PC that is preventing the FTP connection. This could be a network configuration issue, firewall issue, virus or virus scanner issue or something else entirely. You know better what’s running on your computer than anyone here, so you are probably in the best position to fix this issue.

Also, if you copy paste the password, there is probably three spaces before the password. Try deleting the first three characters.

Could you possibly tell us whether you allowed your ftp client through the firewall and what antivirus you have?

I understood what the problem is. The local network, what I using, blocking connect with all FTP servers.
