As what the error suggests:
Too many incorrect login attempts. Please try again in 5 minutes.
You will have to wait for 5 minutes to be able to enter your credentials and login again. Make sure you’re using your correct FTP login credentials or else if you will have too many incorrect login attempts you will be blocked by the system for a few minutes again.

Close the FTP Manager and also the control panel then log in to your domain account by app.infinityfree.net.
