From when, you are facing this problem?

Looks like there is an issue with the online file manager. In the meantime, until the file manager comes back online, You can still manage your files through an FTP client like FileZilla -

I have the same issue, and ftp is not working either.

Issue has not been fixed yet

I am using in mobile

You can use online FTP (https://ftpweb.net/) as the alternative, then login with your FTP detail credential you can find on Login to your account - InfinityFree

Seems there is an issue with InfinityFree file manager. Hopefully it fill be fixed sooner.

In case anyone needs a full-functional copy of Monsta FTP, I have 2 working instances suited for the filemanager.ai users.

Log in with the credentials found in your Hosting Account, and note that “Host” should be ftpupload.net

Update: The issue has been resolved by iFastNet, and you should now be able to use the online file manager again. If it still doesn’t work, try clearing the cache for the file manager website

The issue has been resolved. The filemanager is experiencing intermittent outages at this time, please use a desktop FTP client like FileZilla to manage your files as this outage only affects the online filemanager, not FTP.

I would also like to make the following note:

NEVER provide your FTP credentials to external websites that are not directly affiliated with InfinityFree. IF has no control over the code on external websites, and they may preform attacks that steal your login credentials. ALWAYS use the filemanager link provided in the client area, or connect using an FTP program like FileZilla (This is the recommended method anyways).

If you have shared your credentials with an external website, I highly recommend you change them now.

The issue isn’t exactly resolved, the file manager is just intermittently available and unavailable. It returns a 403 error for me now.

I’m guessing that some maintenance is being done on the file manager, but I just sent a message to iFastNet asking for more information.

In the mean time, I would like to stress what @Greenreader9 also wrote:

I was wrong, the problem was resolved, but direct logins to the file manager are no longer working. Access from the client area and control panel both works!
