Can you create another hosting account to see if the new account has this issue?

@FruityheartGarden I think you got confused,
there was no need to change the password !

The user stated in that topic that he changed his password because his FTP was not working
so my answer about the next steps (control panel) specifically referred to that user.

I am re-connecting. The ftp server is working normally. My home directory is fixed by fixer. :blush:
