HTTPS not working for my website

Hi Community,

I have setup a new website on Infinity Free and the HTTPS configuration is not working.

I have generated the free SSL certificates and using the Free SSL certificates tool (Lets Encrypt & GoGetSSL). Copied the Key and Certicate and pasted them in the SSL/TLS settings in Cpanel and save both the keys. When i refreshed the page both the keys stay there. Which indicated to me that the keys are stored properly in control panel. However the HTTPS is still not working.

Please note that i created my domain name in GoDaddy and Updated the CNS names in godaddy to point to the website hosted on Infinity free.

I also tried to check in the SSL checker after updating the certificate details in the Cpanel. However it gives me the following error message. No SSL certificates were found on www.xyz.com. Make sure that the name resolves to the correct server and that the SSL port (default is 443) is open on your server’s firewall.

Please guide me how i can make this work.

Take note your website could be violating TOS.

Hey there, unfortunately you cannot host crypto-related websites on InfinityFree. Please take a backup of your files using an FTP client, and move your domain to an alternate host. Note that many free hosting providers most likely restrict the use of crypto, so you may have to find a paid host that allows it.

I reccomend hosting that somewhere else.

You could install localtunnel and XAMPP on your computer so you can host anything you want.
