I think I’m having the same problem…

Please share your domain and a screenshot of the error, we can’t help you if you don’t provide any information

Hello, and Welcome to the InfinityFree Forum!

It is highly recommended to create a new Topic with an explanation of your issue, rather than hijacking an existing topic. There is a high chance your issue is not the same as the original poster’s issue

Got it… the domain is guardingtime.com

Er, sorry about that. I’ll create a new topic, sorry

I’m not sure why you thought this was the same issue, nowhere in the topic you hijacked was a HTTP 500 message mentioned.

HTTP ERROR 500

Currently using Brave Browser

Successfully updated SSL for a couple of years now, not sure if this is a CNAME issue, I refreshed the area with an error message, seems to be working but isn’t? My guess is CNAME mismatch?

Error 500 means something in PHP crashed.

Turn on PHP errors for your domain in the Client Area, then display the results.

Am I in the right area? And how do I get to PHP errors?

You are in the right place!

Now, select the button labeled PHP options, locate show PHP errors, and turn it on.

Ok, I’ve turned it on.

Oh ho! Now it says this:
Fatal error : Duplicate declaration of static variable $_objects in /home/vol1000_6/epizy.com/epiz_31241896/htdocs/fp-includes/smarty/SmartyValidate.class.php on line 625

What software/script are you using?

FlatPress

Testing out FlatPress myself, I can’t seem to reproduce the error.

Are you using any custom things, such as Plugins?

There was a custom theme but that was it!

Are you running the latest version of FlatPress?

We upgraded the servers from PHP 8.2 to 8.3 fairly recently. If the website software you’re using doesn’t support PHP 8.3, or at least the version you’re using doesn’t support it, then that may have caused your website to break.

Please check which version you’re using and if there is a newer version available. If so, please try upgrading and see if that solves the issue.

The same goes for any plugins and themes.
