I am sorry i dont know how to do that

I will show you step-by-step.

  1. Go to the Control Panel, click on “Alter PHP Config”, select your domain from the dropdown list and click on “Alter PHP Directives”.
  2. After that, select “On” after display_errors, and click again on “Alter PHP Directives”.

I can’t show screenshots because it’s related to the FTP missing home directory issue too sometimes.

Then select your domain from the dropdown list, and click on “Alter PHP Directives”, like this example:

(also don’t watch the ads).

Then I don’t show you the screenshot of enabling display_errors because of the home directory missing issue that is on my hosting account.

I am following the method and the wordpress file is currently uploading. Quick questtion, will this delete my existing content?

unfortunately yes if you remove your all data. you can upload only non-existing files on ftp to don’t lose your data

Then should i select skip when the dialogue asks me what to do with existing files??

You should overwrite the files if you’re uploading new WordPress files.

I am currently overwriting but I am not uploading the content folder so my data remains intact. Is this correct?

Yes, it is.

I am just uploading WP-admin and WP-include and overwriting the existing ones. Please tell me if this is enough?

Yes, this is enough.

Thank you so much for the help. I am really worried if things are going to workout or not
