I signed up on sat morning and I still do not have access to my website. Is there someone who can check to see when I will have access to it?

What do you mean as to “I don’t have access”? Are your files uploaded to your htdocs?
If it’s a new domain new account. Just wait
Likely due to this
Htdocs folder
Indeed, htdocs folder. The server looks for a folder called htdocs. If you rename the folder to public_html, it’s no longer called htdocs, and the server won’t recognize the folder as the one that contains the files of your account. And if it can’t find the folder of your site, you’ll get a 404 Not Found error.
Please rename the public_html folder to htdocs to make the server use it.
