When I try to edit, delete or add lines after saving it gets deleted. This has almost never happened before. Then I upload it again via FTP, but when I try to edit it disappears again.
Try using another ftp connection

I noticed that if the size of the htaccess file is more than ~10,230 bytes, it is automatically deleted. What is the reason?
In what route are you putting it?
No matter what directory you put the file in, the upload restrictions are the same
