How to upload index.hmtl and view site

I am new to web development and created my own page and have the index.html doc file ready to upload but I cannot seem to find out where to put it.

I assume it should be in the control panel but cant seem to find out where to go next.

You must upload the index.html on the htdocs folder after going on the Control Panel and opening the “Online File Manager”.
