i own a free domain zs.rf.gd how can i update its nameserver.
or is there any other free subdomain service with ns record

Hi and welcome to the forum! You can only use our free subdomains with free hosting and exceptionally on Premium Hosting if you decide to migrate your free hosting account to it; then nowhere else. Because of this, you can’t even change the nameservers.

If you’re looking for free second-level domains with DNS management and/or the possibility to change nameservers, plus the possibility to use services that require a domain on the Public Suffixes list, here are some services you can use, despite the fact you’ll either have to wait or have a credit card with a few cents on it:

You can try using EU.org or PP.UA (the latter one if you have a credit card even with a few cents on it and a phone number to use for verification, though the credit card is used only once for verification and then what’s free will remain free) as a valid alternative to Freenom (and Dot TK because Dot TK and Freenom are the same) that also supports Cloudflare and other things that Freenom with its domains supported.
