I will like to setup SEO. How do I go about doing it? I went to SEO section in control panel. After going in, I got lost. Where to input words? I input some words separated by ; in both title and description. But when I type in my URL. It shows my ranking as n/a. What should do? Is there a step by step instructions?
?what the, not even canned comment. The best kind are when a copy paste pops in and you presumptuously know somehow can just feel it in the air that reading was not their strong suit / forte.
Oh, no edit, or it timed out, a thought/question is there an auto list dropdown or such included with all the best directories being auto submitted to? How about the not so desirable directories to stay away from? , you know bad neighborhood ring soc thing that’s found later. SEO isn’t a plugin or feature you can enable on a website. SEO is a term used to indicate a wide range of methods to help your website’s positions in search engines. Some of those methods are technical, others are affected by the content on your website and some methods have nothing to do with your website specifically at all.
If you want to do more with SEO, search the web for it and read up on what it actually means.

Oh the mighty goo just came out like a few days ago with NEW GUIDLINES which they haven’t done for LIKE YEARS! Could be filled with premium NEW DATA HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW but probably not hahahhahahaa! that would naturally make sense.

I search under google and my website showed up with the following text description

How do I change it?
ADD meta tag on your website, if you don’t know how to add yourself, then install SEO plugin like Yaost or other your liking… There you can change your site descriptions and add meta tags too
I have added the meta tag for description. I refresh browser but still cannot see the change. How long will I have to wait for the changes to take effect?

I used HTML encrypt tool. Will it also hid metatag code from google or yahoo?
I even used the infinityfee SEO metatag extractor tool and it shows the edited meta tag. But the google search shows old description.

Why would you use a HTML encrypt tool? If the HTML is encrypted, how could a browser run it? And if you only encoded and not encrypted it, then realize that a browser needs to decode it in order to render it, which means a thief could decode it easily as well.
In other words, you’re only harming yourself and your own website by encoding your HTML code.

but my website still show google and my website showed up with the following text description

Bing and yahoo show the content of my website in the description but not my metatag
The metatag problem for google is solved.

You can’t. The forum is not a ticket system where I will personally answer everyone’s own questions, it’s also a public knowledge base. So we don’t delete your posts after specifically your issue has been solved, as there may be others in the future who have the same issue.
