I do believe this is the security system.

Site Tools always gives some error for this check. To this day, I do not know of any effect of this on your website’s workings whatsoever. As far as I know, it’s a completely meaningless error from a third party plugin which can be ignored without consequence.

The timeout error is weird, because it’s not a symptom of the security system being talked about. I’m not sure it isn’t just an error in the plugin.
