How to remove cache from sites

that is, you suggest that I follow the moderator’s instructions, that is, clear the cache, and then say “don’t clear it.”

you misunderstood, I need to clear the cache in the hosting and not in the pc / laptop, and yet why can’t I write more than 13 responses a day?

Where did he say that?

Hi becn123,

There is no such thing as a ‘hosting cache’ here at IF, except if you used a caching plugin in WordPress, which is always not recommended. Since I cannot see your video, would you please state clearly the situation you’re experiencing from your end?

Cheers!

It’s not clear what I said, I said the disk cache and it’s not even close to the PC

Dude, you are being unclear. Please be more specific.

There is no cache in the hosting.

Our hosting sends quite aggressive caching headers by default, but those only instruct browsers to cache websites aggressively. If you’re accessing the internet through a proxy, that proxy may also be caching your web content.

In any case, whatever cache your site is being loaded from is outside of our control.
