How to remove auto generated html code?

Hi,

I’m trying to host an API, so I need the page clean to read the response correctly but when I try to reach out to the API I receive with the response an HTML code also which I didn’t write it. How to remove this auto-generated HTML code?

I think you can’t host an API here on free hosting.
