I checked your account and see it’s on hosting volume vol17_2, which is currently being migrated.
Unfortunately, this means your files are inaccessible until they have been migrated to the new storage cluster, and when that happens, your site will start working as well.
If you have a backup of your files, you can still extract the database from your old account and setup the site on a new account. But it’s not simple.
The simple solution is to just wait for the migration to complete. Unfortunately, I don’t know how long that will take.
