You need to be patient until Google decides to index
although there is nothing to index because you only have a login form

Put the login form on another page and not on the index
and in the index (home page) use some welcome text and a description of the website and its activities
SERP depends on the keywords from your website
if there are no words, there won’t even be enough matches if someone searches for example on Google.

so I have to create a login folder on a different page
you don’t have to, just put some text and a description of the website at the beginning
and the form can be lower
that’s how you tell search engines about your website
You don’t do it just for SEO - but also for the sake of your users
the user must know what your website is for, right?

You don’t have to do either. But setting up HTTPS on your website can be helpful to get your website in Google’s good graces, so going through the steps in the Free SSL Certificates system is good.
The Site Builder stuff is only if you want to build a site with the site builder.

This process can take a while. Also, just to be clear, this is between you and Google. We have no control over how fast your website is being indexed or how it will be ranked.
