You pay some amount to the admin’s offshore account
because it is a faster way than this condition: “like all posts from forum staff 24/7/365”
then you install Adobe Connect
you buy headphones with a microphone and a webcam
you follow our webinars, which are three times per week for 3 school hours for 6-7 months
and then you have the final exam
in short, you need to pass all these quizzes successfully
After that you get a certificate and a private number from the admin’s red phone…

Why do you need it? If it’s to help people, you can do that while still being a normal forum user.

It goes in a certain order:
- first you need to become a regular (TL3)

then after more than a year of activity the possibility opens up to become a tl4
-
and then someone from the tl4 list if the admin decides and if there is a need can become a moderator
