I did on June 6 until it didn’t arrived I think it is good to contact these guys to send the email from the activation of this domain i see of it saying has come in contact on his video.

See:

10 days and still nothing.

It can take months, if not years. Patience is very much needed.

but if it’s going to take months or even years, It’s better to just buy a real domain. Is EU.org run by just one person or something?

I heard they are run by a single person.

And do I need to enter all of this info:

Yes. Except for fax if you don’t have a fax address. It it forces you to enter something just put your phone number

But why do they need my phone number and address? They can just send verification to email, and why do they need my address!

It’s likely because they need to verify your identity and ensure that you’re an actual person. email verification alone might not provide enough assurance, especially for a free domain.

Correct. Email addresses are easy to obtain in bulk. By requiring your physical address and phone number which you need to have an identity to get (except for VOIP numbers, but it’s relatively easy to identify those) they lower the chance that the free domains will be abused like Freenom’s service was.

How are .eu.org subdomains any better than the free subdomains provided by InfinityFree?

eu.org basically functions the same as a regular domain as it is in the public suffix list. you have more control and can integrate with services like Cloudflare and Google adsense, which is not possible with Infinityfree free subdomains.

But there is one thing with them, if you try to lookup the WHOIS for one of them, it literally looks up the WHOIS for eu.org instead

Yeah
Do you really need to be from Europe or live there?

No

From https://nic.eu.org/ front page

This site has no relation with the European Union,
