Hey, I really want to make a website on InfinityFree with pure HTML, CSS and JS, how do I do that without a FTP? (Because I think they have virus that can break my PC)
You can code your site locally on your computer then upload it with the online File Manager (accessible through the Client Area) and press the upload button in the bottom left.
FileZilla installer is incorrectly labelled as a virus by Windows Defender. Personally, I use WinSCP, but it does not have easily accessible, useful logs.
If you do not use FTP at all, whatsoever, you will be stuck with the default “Your Website is Ready” page.

FTP is just a protocol, a set of agreements on how programs can interact. A protocol cannot have a virus.
Most likely, your FTP client is recognized (possibly incorrectly) as a virus. I recommend using FileZilla, but be sure to download it from their official website only: Download FileZilla Client for macOS (Intel)
