Probably a random question but what are you wanting to achieve by deleting one of the name servers?
There might be a better way to get your desired resultsit that’s possible on free hosting

I need to change hosting because I need an SPF type of DNS
You can add SPF records in the control panel for custom domains.
Free subdomains cannot be transferred to another host, unless you upgrade to premium.

How do you suppose that deleting a nameserver will give you anything?
It’s not possible to configure SPF records for free our subdomains. We also don’t allow you to change the DNS and point it to a different hosting provider, so you cannot setup SPF records that way. You can migrate free subdomains to a premium account at iFastNet, but even that will not give you DNS options for free subdomains.
Changing hosting is not going to solve this for you. Only changing the domain name will help.
Custom SPF records are available if you bring your own domain, even while using our hosting and our nameservers.
