How to connect to SQL database?

I’m kinda new here so don’t judge me.

I’m trying to log in with MySQL Workbench and Visual Studio 2015.
Every time I try to connect, there’s an error saying “Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘x’ (error code)”.
I’ve tried EVERYTHING, from using the DB name (which it dosen’t say where should I put it in MySQL workbench) as the hostname to using the PHPMyAdmin IP. I really need help.

Remote MySQL access is not available on InfinityFree. The only way to access your database is by using scripts on your hosting account and phpMyAdmin in our control panel.
