You can either add the new domain to the current account (Control Panel → Subdomains)
Of you can create a new account here and selecting “New Account”

If you want to.
It won’t delete automatically, as there is no limit to the number of domains you can have on one account.

If you no longer want to use the old domain, and have a copy of all the files/database, then no, you can delete the old account if you want.
