How to change DNS settings for free subdomain to Premium server

I set up this free subdomain while on the free option, but I have now paid for premium.
How can I move this across to my premiem option as I don’t seem to be able to change the DNS settings?

Full DNS control is not available with free subdomains, so you cannot point the subdomain to premium hosting yourself. However, iFastNet’s support is able to make the necessary changes for you. Please contact them with your request and they can set this up for you.
